Once your project brief is signed off and ready to be implemented, you will send your content in a cloud folder (Dropbox) or in one email so I can begin to work on your design from a centralised source. This is an important step as while we will be working collaboratively, I’ll be relying on you to have your final content through, proofed and ready to go.
We will begin with chat via email, a call or if you are in the Atlanta area, tea and catch up. Once we’ve had that initial discussion and we have locked in a start date, I’ll send you a quote to be approved, you’ll receive a contract to sign, followed by an invoice for the 50% deposit. The non-refundable 50% deposit is due before any work commences, and is required to book your spot on my calendar.
Where the magic happens! Using your brief as a guide, I will start to create concepts and draft out designs. Once I am happy with a first draft, I will send it through for review and then we will begin the process refinement rounds. You will have 3 business days to make and send feedback, and I will make the edits from there until you are 100% happy with the look.
To make sure we have a strong base to build your project upon, I’ll send you a questionnaire/s to fill out about your business, your audience and your vision. After you have filled it in, this will become our Project Brief from your answers and our ‘bible’ so to speak for our visual inspiration and creative direction that we want to take for your project.
After you have signed off on any final designs, I will package up any files into a cloud-based folder or transfer your new site to you, and complete the project. Then it’s time to celebrate! Your new website, brand, or design is now live and ready to launch. Once you have begun to promote your new design to the world, I will showcase it on my website and social media channels as I am your biggest supporter, and cannot wait to see you succeed!

Continue to build momentum through a one-of-a-kind, personalised website. The Website package gives you the home base your brand needs to provide unique value to your audience. Your site will be developed on the user- friendly,WordPress or Squarespace platforms, so you can update and change content easily on your own whenever necessary.

3 month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evalaute the contract to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. After that, we can move to 6, 9, or 12 month commitments.
Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week. If we go over the hours for that month, each additional hour will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $65 per hour.
Unused hours expire at the end of each month. Hours will not be rolled over into the next month.
You will get an invoice on the first day of each month. Invoice will include the monthly retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from previous month.
